Achimenes heterophylla - вид покрытосеменных цветковых растений из рода Ахименес (Achimenes) семейства Геснериевые (Gesneriaceae).
Вид впервые был описан Карлом Фридрихом Филиппом фон Мартиусом в 1839 г. Представляет собой многолетнее травянистое растение до 30 см высотой, с пурпурными щетинисто-волосистыми стеблями. Листья продолговато-ланцетные, 8—12 см длиной и 3.5—6 см шириной, удлиненно заостренные, у основания неравномерно развитые и клиновидные, по краям пильчатые, супротивные; иногда по 3 (обычно в каждой паре листья неодинаковые по своему размеру), опушенные. Черешок 3.4—3.7 см длиной. Цветки крупные, 5 см длиной; трубка венчика огненно-красная, 3 см длиной, с расширенным желтым зевом, в пятнах. Цветет обильно летом и осенью. Растет на каменистой почве в Мексике, Гватемале.
Achimenes heterophylla is a perennial. Achimenes heterophylla was already described and the name validly published by Carl Friedrich Philipp von Martius. It was Augustin Pyramus de Candolle, however, who reclassified it into todays valid botanical systematics in 1839.
