Primulina/Chirita sinensis 'Betty' (Evans). The flowers are lavender-blue, large, wide-open, simple, bell-shaped, decorated in a throat bright yellow-orange spots and rays. The leaves are dark green with a spectacular silver-pearl pattern in the center, large, oval, toothed, slightly pubescent, fleshy. Rosette smooth, accurate, very beautiful, when over colorful decorative leaves on long stalks soar graceful clusters of blue flowers. Cultivar 'Betty' obtained through sport natural species Primulina/Chirita sinensis, sport introduced by Evans, presented in spring 2004 in Toronto at the show of the Gesneriad Society Convention.
