Aeschynanthus parvifolius R.Br. (syn. Aeschynanthus lobbianus Hook.). The flowers are tubular, bilabiate, pubescent, deep red with pale cream-yellow throat with dark red-maroon bracts. The leaves are dark green, small, elliptic, acuminate, fleshy, leathery. Shoots drooping flexible, compact bush, spectacular bloom. An epiphyte, natural species from the island of Java.
