Smithiantha 'Pat's Pet Armadillo' (Gary Dunlap). Tube lilac top, yellow bottom, lobes and throat yellow / faint lilac dots. Smithianthas are rhizomatous gesneriads. They have colorful flowers. The rhizomes should be planted about 1 1/2 inch under the soil. They grow quickly and like a airy soilless mix. Let the soil dry a little between waterings. They will make more rhizomes in the soil that you can share with friends.
